What is best system forum for you?

Good afternoon to all friends, good as some may have read in my welcome message.

I'm starting to create a project in relation to the musical category Nightcore, what I create is a forum (hopefully to become as beautiful as NulledBB T_T) but I'm trying MyBB and not is if you were to prove what I hope...

I need a big help to go forward on it.
(Preferably non-vBulletin, I don't like anything that forum system...)

I don't have a job to afford a customized theme, then I know within my limits allowed how do I make a good community to start and if over time it was already moving to invest money.

I've only ever used phpBB. I was never personally a fan of vBulletin and I've never used any other alternatives.
