Are you hosting all the sites on the same shared hosting environment? They all seem to have the same latency.
Nice work though, just consider a CDN and compressing frontend media (i.e. JS, images), and perhaps some backend memcaching.

the page-style are OK, but u really need more innovation, see some colors, mockup, etc... go for a walk in Behance!
