My personal favorite mod for any game would have to be Minecraft IC2 mod. All the machines and stuff to mess with . The mod has provided me hours of fun in the past. Although I find the mod x10 more enjoying when I'm using other mods with it such as EE or buildcraft.

Waiting Skyrim beyond: BRUMA

A Game of Thrones mod for Crusader Kings 2 or Day Z for Arma 2 it's a hard call, 2 very different games, but two superb mods.
