If your Wifi sux, use an app or Windows tool to analyze signal traffic. There might be too many similar networks nearby. A switch to a 5Ghz net might fix all your issues, but only "newer" routers and devices support it. Just google it if you have no clue.

idk about you but when that happened to me my internet provider was doing some work on my network so who knows that might be whats happening to you??

Its your area. My provider is Spectrum even though it use to be Time Warner Cable. But in my area everytime it rains my service cuts out as well. Your area is to blame or et a new modem
