How it works?
With tool called Territory maker your mark up a territory with any shape you want, then you set it up with
intuitive tool interface for purposes you want and that's it. As simple as it can be.

The script has not been updated in a year and might not work with the newer versions of Dark RP. If you're a dev or just want to play with it; it might come in handy then.
