post limit and thread limit?

why just why are there these restrictions on new account i understand u dont want leechers but haveing to post a thread to unlock a download i have enough credits for is really annoying and i bet you lose alot of members to this

Is there a problem with saying thank you? Someone ought to teach you manners. There is not rules against saying thank you however, you cant spam it.
