Need a service

Hey guys, I currently have a locked US PayPal account which can have funds exported via credit card, I need someone trustworthy who can help withdraw the funds from the account:

Funds in the account is $80, I will give someone $10 to do this, and I'll find something what I want for aprox 70 which I would want.

Requirements:

US credit card

I know a person who sells US VCCs for this, add popobh in Skype (It's not me )

It's perma limited, I can't do anything apart from withdraw funds to a credit card.

I do have a credit card to withdraw it to. Hmu if u need this on Skype.

Pretty sure after 80 days or something you have the option to withdraw all the money into your bank account
