Why do people dislike minecraft

I think it's because the majority of the Minecraft Community don't have more 8 old (NO I'M NOT IN THIS MAJORITY , I'VE 17 CYKA) :D

i am 16 and think it's fun to don't play it anymore tho but if you play it when your 14+ u get so much hate real shitty xD

probably because of the stigma and the countless children on it

People think it is a horrible graphic game and people would say you are childish because it is a block game with swords and shit

I think that it's because of the little kids that play it. You see them in public wearing Minecraft shirts, playing with Minecraft toys or even getting a creeper haircut. It has given many people something to bully others about. But, if someone enjoys doing something, just leave them alone. It's their life, not yours.

Minecraft is a perfect game to relax and play in sandbox on the server... But when I first tried Garry's Mod - I began playing GMod instead of Minecraft. Most of people hate it because of graphics and tonns of children playing it. But cube graphics are its unique branding. However, you can use shaders to improve sun effects and gras moving...
