You can't open a server most played than Hypixel. It's totaly crazy and useless to do that.

First you need money second you need quality plugins and good admins

create hypixel copy and verify the sucess

Well you need to do something to make you like Hypixel.
You need atleast a great server to even be able to get YouTube partnerships, which bring in more players, and more partnerships, and repeat.
But if you had money in your pocket to begin, you'll have a much easier rode to greatness.
If you're an average joe, you gotta work hard for a longggggggggg time.
