2./Sethome
3.Go to home with "/home"

For set one home, do you do to use the Essentials, and do /sethome

for the private zone / claim, you have to use griefprevention (Claim) or WorldGuard (with Worldedit!)

In vanilla minecraft, you cant sethome, but you can /spawnpoint
on servers, you can do /sethome if you have essentials plugin or if theres a dedicated /sethome plugin

youll have to download a server spawn setting plugin like essentials Spawn or spawn, or even learning java and coding a plugin to handle the spawn and setspawn commands, and make your plugin save locations to file etc..
