On the site Build My PC you can make an awesome build for 1000 Euros. It's not going to be the best but not too bad for gaming

I'd recommend looking at https://pcpartpicker.com/. They've got pre-assigned builds for around your budget; You'd also be given support if needed. Pricing is also indexed via several outlets, so you'd get the best bang for your buck. The computer would have to be physically built by you though. I think it's a rewarding experience, so I'd recommend it.
