Image Verification Issue

Ok, so for some reasons on a couple other forums I visit I've gotta do the password reset since I forgot my login/password a long time ago. I can't do reset password or even register again.

Issue: Image Verification image doesn't show. I can click reload or view image and such, but it's like it's invisible.
Browser Used: Tried firefox and internet explorer

It's a known bug, would try clearing browser cache, or try a new browser; recommended Chrome.

Already did it. I Google everything.

Known bug you cant really do anything to fix it.

Try to acces the site on your mobile phone. it most of the time works on a mobile phone. or else try clearing your cache. or if noone of that works your fucked !...

I've done this too. Different browsers and different devices.

I wold recommend to reload strg+R and javascripting activating.
