Highest FPS?

i had insane 2800 FPS but 200 with the SEUS shader v. 11 ULTRA

No, because if you have 120 Hz monitor the human eye can see more than 60 fps lol .... this doesn't make sense. You can only see 60 fps because your monitor is 60 Hz. and Before 120 FPS doesn't change (For now).

My PC is poop, so, i got 300 fps

The most i ever got was around 180 fps
