How to add Captcha to MyBB password / email resets?

I need to add a captcha to the following pages:
usercp.php?action=password
usercp.php?action=email

Already tried but couldn't really hook it up.
Email system is getting raped atm.

actually, I mean I need it done at member.php?action=lostpw
