Mouse is lagging

Hi,


so, I got sort of a problem. It's actually a thing which pisses me off a bit.
When I'm using my mouse (sliding trough my desktop, internet sites, folders, etc...) or when I'm playine games, my mouse is lagging. It just interrupts it's movement for a sec and continues again.
Imagine you play CoD and your mouse isn't working properly, it's like... you wanna eat soup with a fork.
So my question is, does anyone of you have the same problem, or have a solution for that?
Oh, my OS is Windows 8.1.

I don't have any problem.

It does happen sometimes, when the game freezes. So basically the game will lag or freeze for 1 second, and your mouse will too.

It's happened to me sometimes.

That's caused by your PC then.
My game runs smoothly and without problems, just my mouse is.. like stammering.

It hasn't happened to me on this PC, on my old one.

Try checking youtube, sorry i'm not really a techy guy.

This shit happens me to quite often now a days then my screen freezes for like 20 seconds or more -_- idk how to fix it!

It's a problem of Windows 8 and above, they even provide an update on their site, but it's not working since it tells me some error.
So I need another solution for this.

I've got this problem, it was working for a while than kinda just happened. I'm not a smart guy, but could it possibly have something to do with lag spikes?

No, my internet is working fine. Average ping of 27, and when I'm just using my keyboard, everything works fine.

But he didn't think that either, so.
