HOW DO I GET BITCOINS?

The only way to get them would be to mine them or buy them.

Buy them at websites like Bittrex.
It's literally one google search away from finding out.

You can either purchase BitCoins from a seller(i.e.bestbitcoinexchange.io lists some popular sitesor just Google Buy Bitcoins) or you can mine them yourself. Currently I am mining with the NiceHash miner, I just leave it running over night. You can Google other miners, but I've only used NiceHash.

My current wallet from the past month or so of night mining.

it's not worth it. sell drugs in DNMs, if your country is small you have a big chance to conquer a huge market and make a killer profit.
