I prefer a lot more Sublime Text 3, it's more customizable and has a lot of nice features and plugins.

With focused visual tools and preprocessor support, Brackets is a modern text editor that makes it easy to design in the browser. It's crafted from the ground up for web designers and front-end developers.

Atom is actually the best for me. I have searched for a lot of editors, I went from Brackets to Notepad++ until Sublime Text.
Atom includes specific text highlighting for every single language. The UX is very neat and the design is beautiful.
I'll be honest, I would recommend Atom.
