I actually have no advice but what I did that actually worked was made videos daily and shared them to communities that involved the videos and boom ,my views actually blew up. Sorta.

Yeah like other people said just use view bots while getting first started. It will attract more people and it will add up over time. Also you can share your content via twitter or reddit. But then again it might blacklash at you because not everyone is so friendly on social sites like those.
