5-10 years ago : Little trolling, friendly, less cancerous, very fun.

5- 10 years ago I'd say it's 5-9 year olds running around screaming

The modern gmod community isn't just filled with 12 year olds, it's also faced with a minge problem on RP servers. It's almost like a scourge. Backdooring has also skyrocketed and hacking in gmod has become more frequent.

GMod used to be a lot more chill in my opinion. Now it's toxic, but I can't help myself but love the game.

The community has definitely changed a lot. Before people used to play to play and nowadays a lot of it just consists of memes.
