Can PayPal accounts verified by Virtual Credit Cards receive payments?

Alright, so guys in my country paypal accounts cant receive payments but can send payments. My question is is it possible to receive payments through paypal if I made a paypal account through a USA virtual credit card to make it verify and all? Give me your views

Yes it is possible, however using VCC's might raise the chance of account closures.

Is there any tutorial on making alt paypal accounts? or is that kinda talk not allowed on here?
