Serious Sooooo?

So how is it that you rip or steal a theme or for example a script/theme from themeforest or coderhire, etc.

I've always wanted to learn but i never really understood it?

With themeforest scripts just use a website downloader & download the demo then delete the top.

HTTrack works best for HTML.
Never tried ripping anything else.
