Inferno Shoutbox Plugin Issue

I'm having a problem with a mybb plugin when I activate inferno shoutbox it will show up on my main index page but still says loading. This is the only problem I have, and I think it is something that has to do with java script or the php version is outdated. I just need someone to help me, and my friend cause were having trouble with this. I can't get it to load at all we tried everything...

Did you ever end up trying to reinstall it? I havent had an issue like that with Inferno in quite some time!

Use inspect element to see if the ajax requests are failing for some reason
