I have no idea and thats why I asked about dat. But there were a glitches for collect millions, but after that El_Capone deleted accounts of that and returned all money even one dollar from all users who get that from glitchers

uuumm, no. El_Capone. Legend of Samp-rp. He was deleting accounts. Imagine you played on server 500-1000 hours and that guy just remove it...
