Best coding language?

I'm taking AP Computer Science right now, and we're learning about java.

To the coders out there, what's your favorite coding language, and which would you consider the best?

I honestly preffer not to learn any coding language, and just struggle to modify the code that I need for a certain project. I modified php, java, html, css and other without learning not even the basics.

With some google searches you find almost sure whatever you're looking for.

From reading the title i was like, But you can't really say there is a best coding language, In my opinion Html since its the only one i know atm.

There is no such thing as the "Best" language, there are so many, and so many that are good at what they were built for. You can't say one language is the best because its only meant to do one thing. I cant say HTML is the best because you can't make a desktop app with it (not counting electron), I can't say C# is the best because you can't build a website with it

I was about to say the same thing, they're all created for different purposes, it's like saying what do you like to eat your soup better, a fork or a couch?

There is so many different languages tbh, I started on html, jumped up from there to a bunch others. Right now I know, html/css, js, php/mysql, vb.net, c# and lua. It's like some of you've stated a favorite one is hard to pick, but since I've been continuing coding on lua the past 5 years I'd probably say lua is my number one so far.

HTML is not a coding language.

Indeed it is.

there is no such thing as best coding language because that depends on what you are trying to make and for what platforms as well.
