With that clock on CPU, I think that you really cant do anything to play minecraft on that PC Specs. And also with 256MB of ram you can play it about 10 minutes max and then you'll need to restart a game to play it again, besides that your OS will run out of memory because of lack of ram. Upgrade it!

I fairly doubt it, MineCraft is a ram intensive game.
Your CPU wont work (Too slow), integrated will work for GPU, HDD is fine, OS wont work because dos is a terminal OS (-_-), you need windows or other mainstream operating systems.

Minecraft Minimum Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i3-3210 3.2 GHz / AMD A8-7600 APU 3.1 GHz or equivalent
RAM: 2GB
GPU (Integrated): Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Ivy Bridge) or AMD Radeon R5 series (Kaveri line) with OpenGL 4.4*
GPU (Discrete): Nvidia GeForce 400 Series or AMD Radeon HD 7000 series with OpenGL 4.4
HDD: At least 1GB for game core, maps and other files
OS:
- Windows: Windows 7 and up
- macOS: OS X 10.9 Maverick
- Linux: Any modern distributions from 2014 onwards
Internet connectivity is required for downloading Minecraft files, afterwards offline play is possible.

Your can play minecraft, all you need to do is a bit of optimization
1. Download and Install Optifine
2. Open Task Manager and after you launch minecraft set the "Java ™ Se Binary" to High Cpu Prioty
3. Turn down some of the graphical settings, optifine also adds a lot more of them if you need some help with that watch this video
