I search a VCC for an algerian paypal account !
Price between 10$-15$
Most of sellers give 12$ as a price, so don't tell me 18$ or 20$ -_-

You can buy one from the post office & just load some money on to it.

I've attempted this in Italy and... PayPal rejected my CC... Seems like they're growing smarter.

If your PP account has valid information it'll work.

If it's registered in Italy (the country selected) and you bought the CC in italy it'd work.

Account is italian and CC has been purchased here but it's anonym... it's a gift card.
I don't know if PayPal can check who's the owner of a given CC and match it with name and surname inside the account.
