Go to youtube and see a video to do it, and you will know how to do it

There is so many tutorial on youtube. Download craftbukkit or spigot and look a tutorial

Just download the craftbukkit/spigot.jar, create a start.bat and if u want to play with ur friends u need port forwarding or you just buy a server
