Advice Needed Most Budget Good Gaming PC

I need a sensible build that can run at ultra lower then the price of 400, if not possible give me anything above that you think is good,

If you only have $400 then the setup I would use is

Intel Pentium G4500 (yes it's a Pentium but it also supports hyperthreading, which can actually make it run pretty smoothly)
Msi b250m pro vd (no oc support but it doesn't really matter anyway)
8gb ddr4 ram. Anything on sale really.
EVGA Gtx 1050. This is the best graphics card right now that won't be over priced due to crypto mining
120gb ssd or 1tb hard drive. 120gb isn't a lot of storage for games
Thermaltake versa h-15
EVGA 430w psu

This is close to the build I use. Except I switched to a core i5 and made 8gb of ram 16gb
