Kinda both for different reasons :D
GTA V for mp and graphics and sotry
And San Andreas for story :D

Lowriders were originally, not a separately downloadable DLC add-on only for multiplayer.
There is an opportunity to play basketball.
Tuning machines was more diverse for all cars (you can put nitro, hydraulics, and improve the sound system on almost all cars.
Playing billiards.
The opportunity to work in the police, in the fire guard ambulance.
You can change your body settings (lean, thick, rolling) from overeating, it can puke, and obesity can kill myocardial otinfarkt.
The opportunity to go to the gym.
There are different styles of hand-to-hand combat.
The need to eat (death from hunger).
More diverse weapons, including such exotic things as: chainsaw, fire extinguisher, shovel, bouquet of white roses, purple dildo.
You can just hang on the fence, or draw on it graffiti.
You can rob at home.
You can ride a train, and work as a machinist.
There is a jetpack.
You can play on consoles, and in slot machines.
The ability to shoot with two hands.
Bleed the skill of handling weapons.
The cars have a gas tank.
There is a casino.
There are Bookmakers.
There is a driving school, a driving school, a seaworthy school.
There are 3 high-grade cities and the opportunity to fly between them by plane as a passenger.

GTA V, better graphics, has more featurs, and is more good

I enjoy both but I'll stay with GTA San Andreas Multiplayer till it's last breath, perhaps after that I might switch to GTA 5's multiplayer.

Is this an real qeustion? I think it is only if your asking like : What is your PC Specs, like as can i have the game or not becouse me reqrmnts are to low

GTA V all the way, the graphic and gameplay speaks for itself. But SA was a classic at it's time.

SA will always have better story, but GTA V dominates in mini games, graphics, online community and gameplay

both are very good games soooo i recommend both xd

Nothing, no matter how much time has passed, will EVER compare to San Andreas. I have no idea how many countless hours I have just goofing around in that game
