Installation
Simply drop the "executivescoreboard" folder into addons.
For the config which has commented instructions navigate to "executivescoreboard/lua/autorun/client/cfg_executivehud.lua"
If you desire to use the material red theme within the ZIP you will find "READ ME !" read the .txt file and your question will be answered.

The visuals are not so bad, but I personally think there's better out there.
