Uhm, I would say this is a very poor idea. The major publicum is below the legal working age, or cannot have credit cards. The reason why you have to post to get leaks is to get some post activity and content going. The leeching will always be there, if you want to make a pay-to-view forum, you could create one, but it should be because you have hubs of private leaks.

The majority of the content is re-leaks, thus not so private and not so 'special', by limiting the userbase to paid only, they will just go somewhere else.

Well as a former forum owner and active poster on other forums
this is a horrid idea, Most will leave for they cant afford the upgrade,
pointless as Mathias said because well most isnt special, unless
you have special leaks section
