Well I wouldn't suggest really any current mainstream animes, mainly for the fact that it'll take you possibly a year to finish just one of them. But I suggest trying out:

- Deathnote
- Kekkai Sensen
- Code Geass
- Re:Zero if you like a bit of horror
- No game no life isn't that bad
- RWBY (isn't really a anime, but I still really enjoy)
