My first project as web design freelancer. how does it look?

Looks good , but may be too simple

it looks really nice, just little improvements requires such as header font, overall design is good.

Obviously looks like a standard bootstrap templates, it need some improvement, but it a good work continue learning and applying more

As you said you are leaning, then i think you did a great job when you are learning, you can do awesome when you are exepriened.

Just please remove Comic Sans from footer hahahahha

Black over and image looks disgusting af. But its good for a starter.

Not bad. It would make the buttons very large, and leave space between sections to make it look even cleaner. Do not forget that white is also a color xD
