How can i fix my FPS

It's all about your specs and without knowing them it's not much help.

More RAM, my friend. Or you can use "rate 25000" or any command to get a better experience.

In Garrys Mod there is a command you can run in game but i am unsure of the command, but you can also go onto your video settings and change them to the lowest and should give you a 20-30 FPS boots.

it can just be stuff that is on your PC using more recources that should go to the game you are playing.

Write "gmod_mcore_test 1; mat_queue_mode -1; cl_threaded_bone_setup 1" (w/o quotes) in yout console at every start of the game. It's official method
