I've been on hold now for about 2 hours to try and figure out a solution for my bricked phone. I'm gonna die here.

if they don't replace it. Make a new support thing saying the battery blew up all over the phone. I have heard it has worked for some people.

You are just unlucky maybe, try different REP since you are all legit they need to provide HQ support.

I just spoke with a rep from ATT and he said that I've gotta cancel the line for $237.99 dollars. Fuck me.

Nearly all phone companies put you on hold for a long time, gets me angry as well I feel ya pain xD
