Have you been smoking and quit after a while? If so, how?

Smoked for at least 4 to 5 years and now as gay as it looks, vaping helped me quit and there's no more of that shitty smell that goes into everything.

In all honesty, nofap is harder than quitting smoking. It's pretty easy I guess, unless you've been smoking for 30 years.
