Is it ok to swear a lot?

For me I do it in moderation... Unless I'm driving, learning spanish, doing homework, getting hurt, etc

It depends on how you look at it. I'm very much the same, haven picked up on swearing way too much from the year I was in the military thanks to my superiors. I need to cut down for sure.
Also depends on things like:
Your age
Who do you curse the most around?
Do you have kids or are there children commonly in your presence?
Do you use it at someone inappropriately?

Swearing is fine, people overreact to it all the time. Too much is just silly, though and makes you look like you're trying too hard to be cool and never grew up from Junior high.

In private around close people who don't care yes, in public with people you don't know then no.
