So recently i joined GTA v on steam, and was playing on a server with a friend, and then a modder came on and started spawning shit in, killing people, and god knows what else, after about 20 min, we leave and i recieve an email from rockstar saying I have been banned for 30 days....... WTF how does that even happen

I'd email rockstar, tbh GTA V is full of hackers so this kind of stuff happens

Thats the problem tho, they use bots to ban people and they dont unban them, like wtf rockstar?

I've seen that happen to quite a few players on PC. The only recourse is to submit a ticket to Rockstar explaining what happened from your perspective and then hope that they can confirm your version of events using their logs.

Rockstar always bans whoever gets shit from a hacker...because y'know...

The only thing I know to do is to not bank cash from hackers.

A lot of times you can talk to rockstar about the false ban and they'll usually unban you if you didn't do anything wrong.

GTA is just commerce Gamre now (GTA Online), I wouldnt recommend to play it still)

If I was in your shoes I would go and email one of the Rockstar staff members and fill them in with what happened and provide evidence if possible.

Some good time ago had simmilar thing that hacker was giving everyone money and spawned in sh*t all tho i didn't got banned. Maybe they have changed that.
And as most of people said, if u didn't beg for money then after submiting a ticket rockstrar should unban u.
