What is the best host for a Server?

I was thinking about making a Server, but who is the best host?

For Garry's Mod, my personal favorite would be Streamline Servers.

For gmod ive heard Crident Networks are a very good and reliable host.

I advise hosting it from your pc. It is the easiest way to add addons, and change config. (you are going to need to do this a lot)

Also, if you don't want to host is yourself, do not pay for a server hosting site that will charge you more than 20. That is overpriced.

Nulling isn't really an issue with NFO servers (was the only issue with their network previously tbh) anymore so I prefer them if I want to setup a managed game server quick because their control panel for gmod makes everything a lot easier.

If you actually know what you're doing the "best host" is personal preference. (ooh and also a dedicated server that has DDoS protection)

if its your first server start whit mtx they have a support to help you at any time

I suggest you use Lyhme hosting for a GMOD server because they have a very easy to use UI!

Crident is pretty decent in my opinion. I like their pricing.

Its very dependent, if you want this server for many players or just a small community, i had one on polar something and it was great for 1.59
