What jobs should I have for my DarkRP server?

We already have a few jobs but need some inspiration for some VIP jobs, I want make VIP feel rewarding to have, but I am also open to normal jobs. Any suggestions you have is greatly appreciated!

Proffecinal theif, cutom characters like pickel rick, terrorist, Maffia Leader stuff like that

pro theif is always good but id also add like maffia leaders and mafia members and crooks and gang members also add a variety of police jobs
