Anime translation software

What software is the best to translate anime and where can i download anime without translation ?

Translation Software? i don't know a thing about that but imo if Softwares like that exist. They are unreliable. The Raw Mangas that been Translated was all translated by scanlators. Meaning they translate and write it word by word,re-draw and clean the few pages and etc.

I only know 2 sites who provide Raw Mangas.

What does video editing have to do with translating?
