is net neutrality happening?

It's pretty disgusting so I hope it won't happen but honestly nothing surprises me anymore unfortunately.

My net is already bad and I pay a fortune for it. I can't imagine paying even more for worse speeds.

I'm from the future, net neutrality has destroyed us and there is no such thing as internet.
