What IPB version are you installing, what leak you are using (use my).

If you need help with installation I can provide you installation service for free. I just need MySQL database and basic FTP access. I also need you to do some SSH commands.

Other useful things would be: What OS you using on your server, what webserver, php etc.

I've already fixed it already, I was doing my MYSQL wrong thanks for attempting to help at least.
