Donald Trump, because he doesn't (publicly) condone mass killings of those who oppose him.

both are bad, I'm more to the side of Donald Trump, although it is also a bad option.

Both are horrible options. And If forced to choose I would still be 50/50. I am unsure of kim jung un as all of the news and stories we hear about him could also be propaganda, painting north Korea to be the rouge state. And trump well.. trump is trump.
