I always thought of the glock as a tagging weapon, to slow down enemies and make them easier to hit with other weapons. Even on the pistol round, they can be used in conjunction with tec-9s or even P250s.
But i guess this kind of strats are only suited for coordinated teams, which is not the case on most CS:GO matches.

The Glock is meant for close quarters combat instead of long range (like the p2k/usp). If you think it's trash now, you should have seen it before the buff. It was something like a 3 hit ko against helmet, which is total bullshit. The buff made it a lot better.

glock is a noob weapon, if u now spray fast u are good with him, u need be combos with ctrl and spray near head

Glock is as equal as the USP-S. It has a better range than the USP, better mag and better damage. However, the accuracy compared to the USP is significantly worse. You can one tap people on the first round easily as the USP. It is at an advantage as it has a better mag.

As I replied to another thread here, it really depends on what you prefer. To me, the Glock is amazing. This can be cause I've always used it in community servers and other deathmatch games and etc. If you practise with it you'll be fine.
