As someone who has gone to school for digital art, traditional art and communication and as someone who now has a decade of experience within said fields I can say that this design does have several issues with it. The current design that takes these UBs in use breaks very basic rules of design by utterly and completely ruining the feeling of depth to it. (The preview Bubble posted is outdated.)

The sparkles are placed at random and as anyone with any form of education would tell you, pure randomness in design isn't a good thing. Things that appear "random" in good pieces of art very rarely is random. More often than not, they are placed very carefully. The sparkles of Bubble's design ruins the flow and weight of the design, making it look out of place no matter how you turn and twist it. Not to mention that only three of them make any real for them to have "sparkles" in any traditional art sense. Those being the ones that contain gems.

Swords and "admin" are not usually aligned with sparkles in any form of way other than as a insult for the latter. Not to mention that the word "fine" is used to describe something that is excusably good, but nowhere near as good as it could possibly be.

They look awesome, great job! I wish i could make userbars like that.
