Anyways free is bad. I agree. But most of them state the case that you are limited and they will track you and all that boring shi.itake.

Instead, just look for a cheap external serverand host OpenVPN on it. Then make your own server.

Or try an open source one developed by Japanese univesity and hosted by others. The project is funded by the Japanese government.

If you're OK with using the browser Opera VPN is a pretty strong one. But for paid go with ExpressVPN.
