Server Knowledge

Does anyone have any knowledge for Minecraft servers and how to keep them running?

I know you cant have ingame items to buy anymore since Mojang kind of denies that now, so how do you make money?

It is still possible to make money. Aslong as there is away for people to get the items via ingame for free, IE vote crates ect ect. Stuff people buy is not aloud to give them a massive unfair advantage. if that makes sense?

Cosmetics and lobby gadgets are where the money's at right now. Anything to make people stand out from others.
