I'd stick with Notebooks, they are easy to carry around and the new ones come with SSD HD's & mine has 16gb RAM upgradable to 64gb RAM - Great for Internet Uses!

Depends also on what your requirements are, no point in upgrading for no reason if there is a true need sure however if your say at 60fps minimum then I'd say there's no point yet save some money.

If you're using 16gb of ram for browsing the web I have serious questions.

When I say my 16gb is great for 'Internet Uses' I mean I have about 15 Firefox Tabs open at a time, so I can skip back and forth on things I'm doing with my Web Development. I always have Photoshop & Sublime Text Editor open & Watch/Listen to VLC Player while I'm working.
Plus all the normal background services for a heavily secure computer. I hover around 80% of CPU usage and 8-14gb of RAM depending on Video Conversion running in background. I run a new TVEpisodes Blog and convert 720p TV Shows into 400-450mb MKV's while I work online etc.

So yes, but feel free to PM me if you have any idea's how to better use my resources please :-) I am trying to 'Budget' my CPU/RAM usage for some time, by doing less at one time, by keeping a RemindMe or similar app that tells me what I should do and for how long before switching tasks (I am one how needs to move around on my tasks/jobs or I get bored)....

CHEERS
