Which are the best methods to improve your aim/muscle memory?

Deathmatch is a really good way, i recommend just training and playing more often, there is not much else to do other than to invest time you'll gradually get better at the game

Usually the best way in my opinion to improve aim is just to go play against bots on maps that are in the meta. Other than there are many workshop maps that allow for your improvement of aiming.

Hours and hours of deathmatch. Training your muscle memory. Also, consistency plays a big role so don't switch your sensitivity and DPI, just pick something you are comfortable with and stick to it.

You also need some time to rest, so playing 48 hours of deathmatch in a row doesn't really help. And progress doesn't come overnight.
I would do an hour of DM every day for 1-2 weeks.

A mix of optimized settings a low sensitivity and practice alot. Deathmatch and wingman are a good way to improve

Join aim servers it could help you alot just serach for ffa hs servers
